Circulation Services
Circulation Services manages the circulation of library materials, processes library card applications, including resident, nonresident and Public Library Access Cards. Circulation Services processes fines for overdue items, lost and damaged materials and holds for customer pick up.

To register online for a Library Card, please complete and submit the following.
BRING identification with you when you next visit the Library.
  • Indiana driver's license with current address
  • OR
  • Your driver's license with your previous address
  • AND
  • Identification that shows applicant's current residence or business property address, with applicant's name on the document. Examples include:
  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Tax statement
  • Rental agreement
  • Home purchase agreement

If you are a minor or juvenile, a parent or guardian's signature will be required before the Library card can be picked up and used.
Parent or guardian's full name:
Parents may choose a Limited Access Library card for their minor children. These card holders will not be able to check out R-rated audiovisual materials.
