Request to use a room at the Library
Note: This is a request, not a guaranteed reservation.
- Click on a future date on the calendar from the current or next month
- Select the Room from the left hand column under the calendar
- Click the checkbox next to the time you wish to begin setup
- Click the checkbox next to the time you wish to finish take down (all the checkboxes in between should check themselves)
- Click the "Continue" button
- Click on "Meeting Room Policy" and review the policy
- Fill out the form, be sure to include all required data
- Click "Verify Request"
- Review your submission and click on "Submit Request" if it is correct
- Once submitted you will be notified whether or not you will have the room
