Request to use a room at the Library
Note: This is a request, not a guaranteed reservation.
  1. Click on a future date on the calendar from the current or next month
  2. Select the Room from the left hand column under the calendar
  3. Click the checkbox next to the time you wish to begin setup
  4. Click the checkbox next to the time you wish to finish take down (all the checkboxes in between should check themselves)
  5. Click the "Continue" button
  6. Click on "Meeting Room Policy" and review the policy
  7. Fill out the form, be sure to include all required data
  8. Click "Verify Request"
  9. Review your submission and click on "Submit Request" if it is correct
  10. Once submitted you will be notified whether or not you will have the room
